(DSI), Irrlicht's series for debutants. The first release, DSI 001, "Misantropi för nybörjare"4 by Chicagojazzen was released on the 30th of April 2010 on 140g white vinyl limited to 250 copies. DSI 002, "Den vita staden"5, by Jessica Andersson was released on the 25th of October 2010 in a limited edition of 300 handmade copies.

4) "Misantropi för nybörjare" by Chicagojazzen, is 37 minutes worth of instrumental pop, neatly tucked into a bed of tape-hiss and crooked arrangements owing as much to Norwegian second wave black metal and American Eastcoast hiphop as to late '80s British shoegaze. While Chicagojazzen has previously released the fantastic "Brachiosaurus" CS on Gothenburg based Native Parts Records "Misantropi för nybörjare" marks his debut on vinyl.
5) In the poem "Den vita staden" the city and the land and the planet has been thrown off orbit somewhere out in deep space. In the urban twilight the people rest in their apartments. Invisible lines connects the apartment complexes, like clothes-lines, or strings connecting can phones. Through these homemade communication devices the people shout, or rather whisper, their dreams.
