In the poem "Den vita staden" the city and the land and the planet has been thrown off orbit somewhere out in deep space. In the urban twilight the people rest in their apartments. Invisible lines connects the apartment complexes, like clothes-lines, or strings connecting can phones. Through these homemade communication devices the people shout, or rather whisper, their dreams.
